Kampanilya at La Fortuna

I am a flower quickly fading,
Here today and gone tomorrow

Allamanda, Yellow bell or Kampanilya is a vigorous, smooth, slightly hairy shrub growing 2 to 4 meters high and is cultivated as ornamental garden plant.
Upon visiting my ninang, I immediately spotted the bright rich yellow flowers around the La Fortuna Campus. The beauty of these flowers doesn't last very long for they fade very quickly. The sunlight striking the petals causes a bright yellow glow signifying hope and happiness. May we be like unto these flowers, in the short duration of our life, may we be able to give hope and shine our brightest personalities--today. :)
